Boy, I had to watch this one a bunch of times. I was a bit fooled by the flight angle. But I believe I have it. The big clue was the shape of part of the land in the sea. And yes, a sea not an ocean if I'm correct. I won't say in case others are guessing. I may leave a clue soon if no one gets it. Dad
Ding ding ding. Dad got it again, this guy is on fire! The part I couldn't figure out was the two cities at the bottom of the screen when it first starts.

Ok, sure looks like the ISS is cruising over the Adriatic Sea, just East of Italy.
